Financial Assistance With Season Dues
The Boltz Volleyball club offers several ways to help fund your club volleyball season. Our mission is to provide athletes with technical skills training and tactical instruction in a positive learning environment that fosters personal growth, development and a passion for the game of volleyball. We strive to offer high end coaching, training and conditioning at affordable pricing so athletes of all socioeconomic backgrounds have access to the training they need in order to reach their athletic goals.
FUNDRAISING
We will be organizing several fundraisers throughout the season. 100% of the fund raised by players will go towards covering the season dues for the players who participate and towards covering scholarships for Boltz players. (All fundraising monies raised by players who receive a full or partial sponsorship through Boltz, will go towards the sponsorship fund for the next season.)
FAMILY LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD/ BOLTZ VOLLEYBALL SPONSOR RECIPIENT
The Boltz Volleyball Club will be Sponsored for the 2026-2027 club season. These sponsorships will cover the cost of tournament fees, facilities fees, coaching fees, practice fees, and coaching traveling fees with Boltz Volleyball Club. This does not include commitment fee, travel to and from and lodging for all tournaments. Players must try out and make a Boltz volleyball team for the 2026-2027 season, to be considered for the sponsorship, and will not be released early from the team. Completing this application does not mean you will be awarded a sponsorship. There may be partial sponsorship/ Financial assistance available throughout the season as well.
This sponsorship application form must be submitted to the director of the Boltz Organization by and November 29th for girls. The recipient(s) will be notified, By the first week of December (Girls). These applications will be reviewed only by the sponsorship committee. Players who have completed the application process will be responsible for the cost of the commitment fee (Non refundable) dues at the time of commitment.
If you do not get accepted for a sponsorship and have signed a commitment fee you are still required to complete the payment plan as outlined. If you cannot commit to the payment plan do not accept a spot on the team by signing the financial commitment form.
Recipient Requirements: All recipients selected for this sponsorship are subject to the following requirements.
- Must participate in ALL Boltz Fundraising Events
- Must stay in good standing with the club organization and commit to the team for the entire season/post season.
- Must follow all rules outlined for players in handbook
- Must pay the due at tryouts, non refundable commitment fee.
Players who do not follow rules as outlined can have their sponsorship removed and all monies for the team will be due. If a player is removed from a team or quits a team for any reason, the scholarship is revoked and all fees are due for the season. Please make sure you have read all outlined above before proceeding to register for a scholarship.
